We are constantly experimenting with a view to maximising quality at all our vineyards, introducing new varieties to our Epirote vineyards (Vlachiko, Proimo Metsovou, Pinot Noir and others) and studying how they adapt to the mountain microclimate.
A large-scale biodynamic cultivation research project has also been underway since 2007 in our Anavyssos vineyard.
We employ new wine-making methods, try out a range of different barrels and techniques, envision new grape-based products and explore the best ways in which to implement them.
