Microclimate:
Continental climate. High amounts of precipitation and snowfall during winter while summer is rather cool with some rainfalls that help grapes to maintain their natural acidity and aromatic fruit character
Vinification:
Desteming and crushing are followed by inoculation with selected dry yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by post fermentation maceration which lasted in total for 20 days. During fermentation the cap was punched down twice per day while the temperature was controlled between 25 and 30?C. The young wine matures in French oak barrels on its lees for two months while maturation in oak lasts in total for 12 months.
