Enjoy it with pasta in red sauce, sausages and red meat dishes
Characteristics:
A deep red hue, a fragrance of ripe blackberries and wood, and a soft, rich flavour with balanced tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
Vinification:
Classical red vinification in stainless tanks in 27-30 oC for 7-10 days, malolactic fermentation. Ageing 6-8 months in oak casks and 6-12 months in bottles
